Highly skilled in analyzing the financial viability of new projects and project finance requirements, establishing new operations/projects, including the preparation of Project Information Memorandums, and coordinating tax and legal matters along with extensive knowledge and expertise in deal structure design and due diligence; expert in evaluating and managing investments to achieve competitive returns while maintaining a strong capital structure and cash flow.
